MEET THE CANDIDATES
I am a senior Theatre & WGS double major, a Muse Scholar and President of the Theatre Club. My goals as a committee member would be to bridge the gap between faculty and students and to create a safe place for students to voice their opinions.
I'm a Theater Major here at Hunter but also a transfer student of Dutchess Community College. My focus points are developing tracks within the major that focus on the performance and technical aspects separately. Also diversifying our theatre scene.
I just graduated from BMCC as a Theatre major. I am an actress who thrives in the theatre and needs to immerse myself in every aspect of it. I started college late and relish every opportunity to learn new things and meet different people.
Within the past year, I have worked on 4 student productions, became secretary for the Hunter Theatre Club, and collaborated with the Music Club. As someone focused on student work, I hope to create more support and collaboration within the HTD.
I believe that we students need to be more involved in the decision-making process of the curriculum. What kind of classes do we wan? I also think that we need to build stronger industry connections and gain more practical experience.

I am an open minded individual and deep thinker who cares deeply about theater! I’d want to discuss bringing more opportunities to students, but I’m also excited to engage in discussions with my peers about how to better our theatre department!
I am a transfer student from Baldwin Wallace & current junior at Hunter with a Woman Gender Studies/Theatre double major and a Dance minor. I’m a huge advocate for using theatre to make art and share stories that move people and bring about change in the world.
