HUNTER THEATER PROJECT

What is the next Hunter Theater Project?

We are currently working on securing the next Hunter Theater Project. Please visit this page again for updates. You can also e-mail us with any more questions.

Is the Hunter Theater Project run by the theatre department?

Although the Hunter Theater Project has close ties with the theatre department, it has its own separate funding and staff.

As a theatre student, do I get any perks?

Yes, one of the main objectives of The Hunter Theater Project, is to offer our students special access to theatre professionals. Here are a couple of ways we made that possible in past productions:

Link Link Circus by Isabella Rossellini

  • Special Wednesday @ One Q&A session with Isabella Rossellini

  • Paid ushering jobs

  • First access to discounted tickets before they go on sale to the general public

Uncle Vanya by Anton Chekhov

  • Open door rehearsal policy for any theatre students who wanted to sit in and watch the rehearsal process

  • Paid ushering jobs

  • First access to discounted tickets before they go on sale to the general public

Where do I buy tickets?

You can buy tickets to Hunter Theater Project productions at the Kaye Playhouse Box Office located on the first floor of Hunter North (695 Park Ave). Call them at (212) 772-4448 or buy tickets on their website.

Where can I donate to the Hunter Theater Project?

The Hunter Theater project relies heavily on donations in order to fund our productions. If you would like to donate, click here.
